We had a great time in Ottawa this past weekend and I will blog about different times from the weekend. However, I thought since the weather is sooo nice and was last weekend, that I would start with our leaf pile.
Dan thought it would be fun to rake up some leaves at my Grandma's house and let the kids jump in the pile. My Grandma has lived here for many, many years... over 60 I believe. So, the trees dump a LOT of leaves... Here are some pictures from our 'fall fun' time!!

Jennifer Juniper here to come to your scarf rescue! I can't imagine why it wouldn't have scrunched up...UNLESS you didn't back stitch at the beginning and end.
When you start your seam, go forward a few stitches then back, then forward. This ties off the end so the thread won't just pull right out. You need the tension on the elastic to make it bunch up.
