Today was a big day here at the Twedt house. For a little while, probably a bit more than a month, Anna's been asking to get her hair cut. I kept asking how much, she would show about an inch. Last week, however, she started saying that she would like it as short as the middle of her neck. Wowzers! I wasn't expecting that. So, we held out a bit, making sure she wanted to do it for her and not because all the neighbor girls have shorter hair. Over the weekend she asked me "What's the problem? It will grow back." So, with that said, I wanted to let her try it. I was as nervous as she was as she had 5 inches cut off. I have to say, it's super cute! She looks a bit older to me now, but as of tomorrow afternoon, she will technically be a first grader!!

Owen also got his hair cut. His long, curly hair was getting in the way of us getting out the door on time. He rarely lets anyone brush it. I was so scared to cut the curls, but they are STILL here! So, enjoy the before and afters...
