Little Funnies

Just a couple of funny little things....

Anna on the way home from the Adel sweet corn festival, "My big teeth are growing in so goooood." Big teeth referring to her two top middle teeth with the 'goooood' in a deep voice.

Owen at the pool on Saturday... he gets out of the middle pool (aka kiddie pool - max depth 4'), walks halfway to the deep pool (with diving boards) while we're yelling at him to come back. We weren't sure if he was going to keep going and just jump in the deep pool or what. He then abruptly turns around and walks as fast as he can as if he has a huge purpose, not even looking at us, only to stop briefly at the edge of the pool where we're standing and jump into my arms. He was trying to be just like the older boys who were running back and forth jumping into the pool. It really was a hoot.
