Owen's First Day of Preschool!

My lil' buddy started preschool this morning. For this program, parents have to volunteer at least three times per year. So, today I was able to be there with him. He truly enjoyed playing with the Play-Doh, cars, and all the other fun things they have in the "Blue Horse" room!

He was excited to get his picture taken (many times) just like Anna and our neighbors did their first day of school. He wanted this special shark backpack while we were shopping a few weeks ago, so he wanted to get that in the pictures too!

We went out to eat at Jason's Deli afterward to celebrate a successful morning!! He got a hotdog of course!

I can't believe he's old enough to be in preschool, although, I keep telling myself it's just one morning a week. I love him so much and was so proud today watching him interact with other little friends and play and talk to the teachers. He was so cute dancing to the songs... How far he's come in his 2 3/4 years.
