Today was the first day of Living History Farms camp! Anna went for half days last year for one week and had a blast. As I recall, she said that she loved it so much she wanted to go every year until she could be a "teacher" there (aka camp counselor). So, she was REALLY looking forward to it this year. What could make it even better? A super, great friend from KS to come and stay the week with us and go with her to Living History Farms camp!! Yep, Anna's friend, Malea, came all the way from KS to spend the week with us and go to camp with Anna. When I asked this afternoon when I picked them up if they liked it, this is what I heard - "We LOVED it!!!"
This year, the camp is from 9-4p for one week. They were pretty tired when they got home. So, they had some down time and then we went out for DQ.... Fun times!
