The kids heard us talking last night about the possibility of getting an inch or two of snow during the night. They were sooo excited. But, as we got them ready for bed, no snow. Owen was downright disappointed when it hadn't started yet. About 11p, he had to get up to go to the bathroom and low and behold... it was snowing.
They were so happy, they actually got dressed and ate in a hurry so they could go outside before we took Anna to school!! Owen was so thrilled, he wore his snowpants until noon, picking up every clump of snow he found so he could throw it on the ground to watch it break!
Oh, the excitement of the first snow!!
