Anna's 9!!

Wow! She's 9!!  I truly remember the day she was born... I made them show me she was a girl just to prove they weren't joking with me. And now, she's 9.  I sometimes miss her as a little gal, but am so happy to have a sweet, smart and caring young girl by my side!

On Anna's actual Birthday, we usually can't do too much because it's Beggar's Night in West Des Moines.  So, we tried to celebrate at lunch.  We went and picked her up from school and she chose Subway for her Birthday lunch!  It was nice to spend some time with her!

Since she is growing so quickly, here are some things that Anna is really into right now...

- Gardening
- Reading big chapter books about ghosts, mysteries or really anything...
- Dancing and Listening to Music
- Knee Highs and High Tops
- Climbing Trees

She keeps busy playing with friends... She also plays volleyball, softball, piano and dances Hip-Hop.  She's just starting basketball!!
