Owen is such a fun little guy to be around! He loves anything ball related - baseball, basketball, football, soccer. He loves tumbling in gymnastics and learning Tae Kwon Do. He spends so much time outdoors, riding his bike or his scooter. He draws all over our sidewalks and driveway with sidewalk chalk.
Since starting kindergarten, he has learned to read and has a true love of learning. His favorite time at school is "choice time." And, we get 'writer's workshop' sheets every day with all his writing/stories. His teacher assures me he's a very good leader and student! We are very proud of him!!
Owen loves playing with his Imaginext toys, cars and trucks, swords and Legos! He builds amazing creations with his Legos and when he and Anna get going on a Lego city, they can't stop! He loves to draw and pretend play. He'll even play house with the neighbor girls.
Owen still enjoys his downtime watching T.V. When he does slow down enough to watch T.V., he watches Disney Jr. shows such as "Jake and the Neverland Pirates," "Cailou," and even "Doc McStuffins." We did let him watch the old Star Wars movies and now he's in LOVE with Star Wars.
Owen is such a well-rounded little guy. We can't imagine our lives and our family without him. His smile and laugh is infectious and his baby blue eyes light up the room when he walks in. He amazes me every day.
