Today, I was lying in bed with Anna and Owen, hoping that all of us could get a short nap. Anna wanted to watch the last few minutes of "Barbie and the Fairies" or something like that. Of course, it was a "Happy Ever After" type of ending where Barbie and Ken get married in front of all the Fairies (from what I could tell with my eyes closed). As they are clapping for the new couple, Anna says, "I think kissing is gross." Owen pipes up, "Anna... Anna.... When Mommy kisses me, it's not gross, it's nice."
This just days after I told Owen he sure was cute and he looked right back at me and said, you are too...
He is soooo sweet! I hope to remember these days when he's too old for his mom...
