Clive is a part of the Des Moines Metro and very close to our house. Even though it's smack in the middle of Des Moines, it often has a small town feel. We love going to the Clive Public Library and often go there for storytime and other kids' events. Lucky for Owen, they held a Big Truck show with lots of City of Clive trucks, including a Firetruck and Police car! And, there were policemen, firemen and 'worker' men!! Owen was on cloud nine the entire time we were there!
